We thought we had ordered tap water, but our young Spanish waitress brought a large bottle of still water, opened it before we could say anything. It felt very much like the kind of tourist-trap tactic you see at restaurants in Europe. After dropping off the drinks, she basically disappeared. Another waitress, a middle-aged white woman, kindly stepped in and handled the rest of the service. Our original waitress only brought the food and drinks and didn’t do much beyond that, yet a 20% gratuity was automatically included. It honestly made me want to give 30% to the other waitress instead. The food was decent overall, but nothing memorable."
